Creativity Lab

The Creativity Lab provides inspiration, releases hidden talents and harnesses new ideas in a team context.  The creativity lab stimulates lateral ideas within the context of the issues being developed.

 

It is a continuous process so that the lines of thought are not lost by off-track inputs.  Embedded perceptions are challenged by the use of anecdotes, lessons from business history, and video sketches.  Where the issues to be debated can be developed into shared scenarios, storyboards are prepared and a library of animated characters can be employed to populate the scenarios.  This is a way of simulating one or more scenarios which might be played out to  challenge the validity of notions and ideas being portrayed.

Once the minds of participants have become receptive, the mind mapping process allows them to develop the issues into propositions which can be further refined in a brainstorming session.  The original ideas, the issues defined, and the focus created from brainstorming are cast into an action plan. The whole process builds up a data base which records the logic employed and the constituent decisions so that associated people e.g., directors, production staff etc., can understand what happens.
